BETA128 LLC offers subscription-based access to the BETA 128 AI agent platform. This policy explains your rights when it comes to cancelling your subscription and requesting refunds. We aim to be fair and transparent in all billing matters.

All new customers are eligible for a 14-day free trial with no credit card charge. You may cancel at any time during the trial at no cost. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically activate and your payment method will be charged for the first billing cycle.
Free trial eligibility is limited to one per person and one per company. We reserve the right to deny free trials to accounts we believe are abusing this policy.
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
Monthly plans: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access to the service until then. No further charges will occur.
Annual plans: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current annual term. You retain access through the end of the period you have already paid for.
We do not charge any cancellation fees or penalties.
Monthly subscriptions: We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will continue to have access through the end of that billing period.
Annual subscriptions: If you cancel an annual subscription within 14 days of the initial purchase or annual renewal date, you are eligible for a full refund, provided you have not exceeded 10,000 agent conversations during that period.

To request an exceptional refund, email support@beta-128.uk with your account email, the charge date, the amount, and a description of the issue. We aim to resolve all refund requests within 5 business days.
Enterprise plan refunds are governed by the individual contract or order form signed between BETA128 LLC and the enterprise customer. Please refer to your agreement or contact your Account Manager.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, processed through Stripe. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. We do not issue refunds as credits, gift cards, or alternative payment forms unless agreed otherwise in writing.
If you have a billing concern, please contact us at support@beta-128.uk before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving disputes quickly and fairly. Unresolved chargebacks may result in account suspension and may be subject to chargeback dispute processes with our payment processor.
If BETA128 LLC terminates your account for reasons other than a breach of our Terms of Service, you will receive a pro-rated refund for any unused subscription period. No refund will be issued for terminations due to Terms violations, illegal activity, or abuse.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
